It is no surprise that AI has taken technology to a whole new level. AI tools and chatbots are under the spotlight. Launched through OpenAI by Microsoft in November 2022, ChatGPT is continuing to stir attention. 

 

Chatbots and AI tools like ChatGPT have completely automated work processes. Tedious programming and documentation processes are now being done in a jiffy to the point where such tasks have been completely streamlined and replaced. Its ability to interact in a conversational manner makes it possible to correct errors, prioritize tasks accordingly, and provide accurate and comprehensive responses. 

 

This model is equipped with Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), similar to InstructGPT but with a few changes regarding data collection methods.

Tasks such as creating, scheduling, and sending emails; setting, following up, and canceling appointments, etc., can easily be outsourced to ChatGPT.

 

 

Drafting Ad copies, and letters

Some mid-level tasks such as creating and drafting ad copies, admin letters, and documents can easily be performed by this AI tool. 

 

 

Writing legal essays, agreements, and other legal documents

According to CBS News, ChatGPT has passed a US law school exam and can draft legal essays and create legal forms and documents such as common disclosure agreements, leases, and wills. 

 

 

Along with the controversies come great opportunities for new roles and ideas. Though it comes with its limitations, it aims to keep improving and encourage feedback that would aid to mitigate future risks and issues.
